    Our stay was fantastic; we felt we got great value for our money with well-appointed rooms and superb service from the friendly staff. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore local attractions and enjoy nearby eateries.

    The morning meal could benefit from better organization to reduce chaos during busy times.

    No reason to complain, the venue met required needs, can't recommend highly enough it. The place was fairly clean and staff was courteous. Marvellous and awesome position was an added bonus. Cafe Munick Cafe And Bistro located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Btw, the airport was 30 km away.

    My stay at the Hyatt Regency was for a business trip lasting four days. The hotel offered perfect service, with a seamless check-in process and a staff that went above and beyond. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable oasis to relax in. I especially enjoyed the brunch buffet at Rocca, featuring delicious and diverse dishes. The pool area was fantastic, and the gym was well-equipped, making it easy to maintain my routine.

    I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

    The hotel of choice in Lucknow. Fairly clean, hip new property. The staff - caring and really helpful. Well-equipped and brand-new rooms provided with an amazing view and a bathtub, as for instance. With tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator. Location not far from the cafe, Lucknow, and the business district of Lucknow.

    This hotel is perfectly located near major attractions and shopping areas, making it super convenient for city exploration. The rooms are spacious and offer a comfy ambience, which was great for relaxation after a busy day. I also loved the rooftop view-it's a perfect spot to unwind with a drink!

    My experience wasn’t all sunshine. The service did leave much to be desired—staff seemed overwhelmed, and there were delays during check-in. the dining options weren’t up to par, with limited choices and some dishes lacking flavor. It was a mixed bag, for sure!

    We had a pleasant stay at hyatt regency, where the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. the staff at the front desk and housekeeping were professional and friendly, always ready to help. we particularly enjoyed the lavish buffet spread during our meals, which was a highlight. even during a busy breakfast rush, the team managed the situation efficiently, ensuring everyone was accommodated with a smile.

    The hotel is well-located, and our twin-bedded room was cool and comfortable. While some aspects of the service could improve, like timely food delivery and better acknowledgment of members, the restaurant staff, especially Abhishek and Faiz, made our dining experiences nice. The wellness facilities added a nice touch for relaxation after busy days exploring nearby landmarks like Janeshwar Mishra Park, where we enjoyed quality family time.     The staff was attentive. The central location made exploring the city very convenient.

    In my wife's opinion, the room key cards should be more reliable. It was frustrating having to go back and forth to reception multiple times .
